This prayer guide is meant to help and encourage us all as we seek to deepen our commitment to prayer and our reliance on God. Please know your voice will join many others in bringing these people and ministries before our Lord.

DAY 1

Give thanks for the many volunteers who keep our church running. Ask God to bless them as they serve.

 

 

DAY 2

Pray for those working in the educational system, that God will grant them wisdom and patience.

 

 

DAY 3

Pray for Renée MacVicar, CABC Executive Minister, for God’s blessing and anointing as she leads our Baptist family.

 

 

DAY 4

Pray that those in the marketplace will be effective witnesses for Christ.

 

 

DAY 5

Pray for the children in Kidsville, that they would experience and come to know Jesus.

 

 

DAY 6

Pray for students at all levels, for Godly desires, perseverance, and academic success.

 

 

DAY 7

Pray for the youth of our church to become strong followers of Jesus.

Pray for Pastor Matt, for protection, wisdom, and the Lord’s strength.

Pray for health-care professionals, for resilience and compassion as they serve our community.

Pray for our community outreach connections, that people will respond to the love of God.

Pray for effective ministry for our Care Teams (prayer, visitation, and hospital visitation).

Pray for God’s blessing on our Lewisville support staff (Elaine, Ruth, Mark).

Pray for God’s protection on marriages and families, that they will seek God for direction and growth.

Pray for those in service industries, to live out God’s principles as they serve.

Pray for unity among the churches and effective witness for Christ as we

minister together for the Kingdom.

Pray for those serving in community-based ministries (e.g. Pregnancy & Wellness Centre), to wisely and effectively respond to pressing social issues.

Pray for Pastor Jeff, that God will give him joy, perseverance, and life balance as he serves.

Pray for Kidsville Program Directors – Willow and Rachel – for wisdom, creativity, and energy.

Pray for opportunities to talk about Jesus, so there will be a growing number of people trusting Him as Saviour.

Pray for newcomers to Canada, that God will meet their needs and help them adjust, thrive, and find belonging.

Pray that God will use our Connections Team to help people feel welcome and included.

Pray that those working in trades and manufacturing will shine as witnesses of Christ.

Pray for the Holy Spirit to direct our Sunday morning services so many will hear and respond to God’s voice.
